About Rizk

Welcome to Rizk, an online gaming destination that has been rewarding players with unpredictable adventure since 2016. We are operated by Zecure Gaming Ltd, a company registered in Malta (C69036, 199 Experience Centre, Ta' Xbiex Seafront, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1027) and part of the Betsson Group family. When you play at Rizk Casino, you join a community that values fairness, transparency, and genuine entertainment above everything else.

Who We Are

We built Rizk to be different from a typical online casino. Instead of following the crowd, we created a platform where every spin, every game, and every bonus feels like part of a bigger story - one filled with heroic characters, unexpected rewards, and a touch of Nordic-inspired fun. Rizk Casino was designed for players who want more than just slots; we wanted to deliver an experience that combines entertainment value with real rewards through our unique Wheel of Rizk loyalty programme.

Our team works around the clock to ensure that Rizk Casino remains a safe, licensed, and enjoyable environment. We take pride in offering a product that balances excitement with responsibility, and we continuously invest in our platform to keep it fresh, secure, and rewarding for every visitor.

Our Licensing and Regulation

We operate under strict regulatory oversight to guarantee that our games are fair and our operations are transparent. Rizk holds a Malta Gaming Authority sub-licence (MGA/CRP/1117/2025/02), issued on 16 October 2025 under the corporate group licence held by Netplay. We are also authorised by the UK Gambling Commission under licence number 056427, issued on 12 February 2020.

These licences mean that we are subject to regular audits, strict player protection standards, and rigorous financial controls. We believe that holding these credentials is not just a legal requirement but a promise we make to every player who trusts us with their time and money.

Where We Operate

We proudly serve players across international markets, including Rizk casino Canada players outside Ontario and Alberta, as well as customers in Iceland, Finland, Germany (outside Schleswig-Holstein), and Chile. Our platform is available in English, Icelandic, Finnish, and German, ensuring that players from different regions can enjoy our services in their preferred language.

We are committed to complying with local regulations, which is why certain jurisdictions are restricted from accessing our services. If you are unsure whether Rizk is available in your region, our support team is always ready to clarify.

Our Game Selection

At Rizk, we offer nearly 2,000 slots and casino games, giving players access to one of the richest libraries in the industry. Our collection features titles from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Evolution, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, Blueprint Gaming, and many other respected studios. Whether you're searching for classic Rizk slots, Megaways titles, or progressive jackpots, our game library has something for every type of player.

We also feature exclusive titles created specifically for our community, including Rizk Bonanza and Gates of Rizk. Our Rizk live casino brings the thrill of real-time gaming through providers like Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Authentic Gaming, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, craps, and immersive game shows such as Crazy Time and Dream Catcher available around the clock.

Beyond casino games, we provide extensive sports betting markets covering everything from football and basketball to esports, darts, and winter sports, giving our players a complete entertainment package under one roof.

Rewards and Bonuses

We understand that a great Rizk bonus can make all the difference, which is why we designed our Wheel of Rizk loyalty programme to reward every session. As you play with real money, you fill your Power Bar, and once it's full, you spin the wheel from the Rewards section. Every level-up unlocks bigger prizes, including Free Spins, Super Spins, Mega Spins, and even wager-free cashback.

New players joining us can claim our welcome offer: 100% up to 100 EUR plus 100 Rizk free spins on their first deposit. We also run a dedicated Sports Welcome Offer, matching your first deposit up to 100 EUR for sports betting. While we don't currently offer a Rizk casino no deposit bonus, our Rizk Casino welcome bonus package is structured to give new members real value from day one, and our Rizk bonus code system is used to unlock select seasonal promotions.

Our Rizk Races, Rizk Raffles, and Cashback Chip promotions add extra excitement for existing members, giving loyal players consistent reasons to return. We regularly review our bonus terms to ensure they remain fair, clear, and genuinely rewarding.

Accessibility and Convenience

We built our platform to work seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices. While we don't offer a separate Rizk casino app for Android, our mobile-optimised site delivers the same smooth Rizk login experience directly through your browser, with instant access to your account, our games, and your rewards wherever you are.

Getting started with Rizk Casino registration is quick and straightforward - once you complete verification, you can make your first Rizk deposit using Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter, or several other trusted payment methods. When it's time for a Rizk withdrawal, we process most requests within 24 hours, with instant payouts available through select e-wallets like MuchBetter, LuxonPay, and Interac.

Player Support and Responsibility

Our support team is available 24/7 through live chat, with a typical response time of around 30 seconds. We also offer email support and a comprehensive Help Centre so you can find answers whenever you need them. If you ever have concerns about your account or a transaction, our dedicated team at [email protected] is here to help resolve any complaint.

We take responsible gaming seriously. Our platform includes deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and reality checks to help you stay in control of your play. We want every visit to Rizk Casino to remain enjoyable, and we encourage all players to use these tools as part of a balanced gaming experience.

Our Commitment to You

Since 2016, we have grown Rizk into a trusted name built on fairness, innovation, and genuine care for our players. We continue to expand our game library, refine our loyalty rewards, and strengthen our security measures to give you a platform worth returning to. Whether you're here for our slots, our live casino, or our sportsbook, we remain committed to delivering an experience where entertainment always comes first.
